Ashton Court is a lovely wedding venue; perfect for wedding photography whatever the weather. The Music Room offers brides the longest aisle of any civil ceremony venue that we’ve seen and it offers a beautiful setting, with loads of natural light streaming in – ideal for capturing spontaneous, flattering pictures. Once the ceremony is over, guests are invited for drinks on the lawn (great for pictures) and then back to the beautiful music room for the wedding breakfast. The music room can accommodate 200 guests, which many venues will struggle to match. Its a very popular venue, but still one that feels a little bit of a “best kept secret”. It rarely features in the bridal magazines, but we’ve shot some amazing weddings there, with some fab couples so do check it out if you are looking for a big venue close to Bristol city centre.
